The founder of Indy’s First Church of Cannabis says he is hopeful about marijuana being legalized for medicinal purposes in the Hoosier state.

Bill Levin says with the American Legion pushing for medicinal marijuana research as a way to treat PTSD in soldiers the chances have improved that lawmakers will rethink how marijuana is treated.

You can hear Levin in the Leon-Tailored audio above, it runs approximately 15 minutes.

Levin also discusses the states that recently voted to allow either recreational or medicinal marijuana as well as his pending lawsuit with the state of Indiana under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act to use cannabis as part of the church’s sacrament.
