The city of Indianapolis says while schools are making progress in dealing with COVID-19, it’s still not enough to roll back current restrictions.

Mayor Joe Hogsett and Public Health Director Dr. Virginia Cain say the positivity rate is 5.1 percent which is good, but still more needs to be done.

In addition, the city recommends against trick or treating, face-to-face, for Halloween.

You can hear Hogsett and Dr. Cain in the Leon-Tailored Audio above.

It runs for about 50 minutes.
