A new poll in Indiana’s 3rd Congressional District gives Republican State Senator Jim Banks a slight lead.
The poll by the Mike Downs Center for Indiana Politics at IPFW shows Banks with nearly a third of the vote, followed by businessman Kip Tom and fellow State Senator Liz Brown.
