Revenue collections for the state of Indiana are doing better than what was forecast.
General revenue collections for May were near $1.2 billion; 10 percent above projections, while May sales tax revenues ($624 million) came in 1.4 percent above what was forecasted in April.
Both individual and corporate income taxes exceeded estimations as well, while gaming revenues continue to fall.
