Indiana Congressmen Luke Messer and Todd Rokita are reporting more than $2 million in cash on hand in their respective campaign accounts.
Rokita reported raising more than $1 million in the second quarter of 2017, bringing his cash on hand to $2.3 million.
The Messer campaign did not tell Indy Politics exactly how much it raised in the second quarter, but a campaign spokesman says they had a “great quarter” and will have well over $2 million in the bank.
Neither Messer nor Rokita has officially declared their candidacy for the U.S. Senate, but it is very likely both will run for the seat being held d by Joe Donnelly.
