As Hoosier Republicans and Democrats debate no excuse voting by mail, we here at Indy Politics thought it would be a good idea to talk with an election official in a place where voting by mail is the norm.

We chatted with Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman where the state has had vote by mail for nearly a decade.

Wyman talks about its history, how they avoid most fraud and how the candidates deal with voting by mail.
