An Indiana environmental lobby group says much of the legislation dealing with the environment this session is addressing issues left over from the last year.

Indy Politics spoke with Tim Maloney, the head of policy for the Hoosier Environmental Council.

Maloney says there is legislation that impacts agriculture, energy and logging in state parks, either addressing issues that were unresolved from the 2017 session or popped up after lawmakers had adjourned.

You can hear Maloney in the Leon-Tailored Audio above.  It runs about 10 minutes.
