Indy Politics has learned that Autumn Carter, an Indianapolis Democratic candidate for State Representative, has filed a protective order against Indianapolis City-County Councilor Keith Graves.

The exact details as to why are unclear at this point; however, the two of them did live together on Brendonridge Ct.

According to court records, Graves has not yet been served, but he is aware a protective order has been filed.

Indy Politics reached out to both Carter and Graves.   Carter said it was a private matter and had no comment.  Graves declined to comment as well.

Carter is running in the May primary against incumbent John  Bartlett in House District 95.

Graves is serving his second term on the City-County Council.
