An internal poll released by the Todd Rokita U.S. Senate campaign shows him with a lead over rivals Luke Messer and Mike Braun, but is also shows a growing number of undecided voters.

The poll of 500 likely Republican voters taken Jan 6-9, showed 24 percent favored Rokita, 8.8 percent for Messer, 9.2 percent for Braun, 10 percent other and 58 percent remained undecided.

Back in June, Rokita’s internal poll showed his support was at 20 percent, Messer’s was 13.6 percent, Braun had less than one percent and the undecideds were at 55 percent.

In addition, Rokita’s poll showed his favorable ratings staying relatively flat, 34.4 percent in June, 34.8 percent in January. His unfavorable ratings dropped from 8 percent to 5.6 percent and the number of people who had never heard of him or had no opinion grew from 55.6 percent to 58.6 percent.

The poll had a margin of error of  +/-4.3 percent.
