The trial for Center Township Constable Denise Paul Hatch has been set for July 11 at 8:30 a,m.
Hatch was arrested last month for possessing a weapon, which she could not have as she was out on bond for a previous offense.
In May, Hatch was charged with illegally possessing a weapon, invasion of privacy and official misconduct.
Hatch was already out on bond for an earlier misconduct and resisting arrest charge.
Being in possession of a weapon would violate that bond.
