Indiana lawmakers say they are “cautiously optimistic” when it comes to next year’s budget.

Lawmakers got the final revenue forecast Tuesday and it confirmed what may of them thought, Medicaid continues to be a growing expense for the state.

Some lawmakers also questioned why it seemed that projections were always off and was it time to hire a new company to do the review.
