In a media call Thursday afternoon, Indiana Senator Mike Braun expressed skepticism at the way Congress was paying for a bill on infrastructure.
The $550 billion bill faces a crucial vote this weekend in the Senate as lawmakers prepare to cut off debate.
Braun says the bill involves way too much borrowing and the nation is once again living beyond its means.
