Statehouse Democrats say Republicans are ignoring their ideas on how to close a $2.4 billion projected revenue shortfall.
As lawmakers work to close the budget gap, House Ways and Means Ranking Member Greg Porter offered several ideas, including raising the cigarette tax and pausing the expansion of vouchers.
