Foster Success is launching its FriendsGiving campaign.
Friendsgiving is two-pronged – it’s both a campaign to increase awareness about the young adults who have lived in foster care who will be spending the holidays without family and to raise funds for Foster Success.
Each of the Indiana Youth Advisory Boards around the state will also be having Friendsgiving events and these young adults aging out of the system are putting together goodie bags to help other foster youth currently in residential facilities and group homes.
Indy Politics speaks with Travis Tester, Foster Success Chief Development Officer, and Rimy Morris, Youth Advisor to the Indiana Youth Advisory Board.
The Leon-Tailored Audio runs about 10 minutes.
