The Holcomb administration is taking tougher measures to address the growing surge of COVID-19 cases here in Indiana.
In his weekly news conference, Governor Eric Holcomb said the increasing number of cases was responsible for the elimination of Stage 5 in reopening and putting limits on counties and social gatherings.
The state is also putting new rules on businesses to enforce social distancing and mask-wearing in their places.
The state reported more than 5100 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday.
