Indy Politics talks with northeastern Indiana lawmaker Republican State Representative David Ober of Noble County who is retiring from the legislature this year, even though he was one of the youngest members of the body at age 30.
Ober is leaving the chamber due to his impending wedding and he has also applied to be the head of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
