The public interest group Common Cause and the Indianapolis chapter of the NAACP are filing suit against Marion County and the State of Indiana, saying Indy’s current system of early voting violates citizens rights because it limits their ability to early vote.
During a news conference today, Julia Vaughn of Common Cause said because there is only one location for early voting in Marion County, voters are disenfranchised as opposed to voters in other counties.
