Democrat State Senator Rodney Pol says that recent moves by the Biden administration to reclassify marijuana could lead to marijuana being made legal for medical purposes here in Indiana.
The Biden administration is reclassifying marijuana from a Schedule 1 to Schedule 3 drug.
While the move does not make marijuana legal for recreational purposes, it does open the door for medicinal use.
