As Indiana lawmakers debate property tax cuts, the Mayors of Carmel and Terre Haute advise caution.
Carmel Mayor Sue Finkham and Terre Haute Mayors Bandon Sakun testified this morning that while they support tax reform, they say police, fire and public safety can be on the line as where that is where most of their property tax dollars go.
