Indianapolis Mayor-Elect Joe Hogsett says he is focused on moving the city forward and has no intention of rolling back programs started under current Mayor Greg Ballard, including Blue Indy and Vision Fleet.
Hogsett made those comments this morning as he and Ballard outlined the transitions between the two administrations.
Council Democrats complained about the two programs, saying the Mayor had overstepped his authority in their implementation.
Hogsett says those controversies were in the past and wanted to move Indy forward.
