Warning: Rep, Gore uses strong language.
Indiana House Democrat Mitch Gore had some choice words for Secretary of State Diego Morales and Lt. Governor Micah Beckwith and their recent procurements of $90,000 high-priced vehicles.
The Indianapolis Star reported recently that Morales drove a taxpayer-funded $90,000 GMC Yukon Denali purchased last summer. At the same time, Beckwith drove a 2025 Chevy Tahoe High Country SUV, which cost taxpayers just under $88,000 when the state bought it in February.
Both are top model vehicles.
Indy Politics spoke with this past week. He called the purchases “bullshit” and said they made Beckwith and Morales look like a couple of “dicks”. He accused the two of being tone deaf to the situation most Hoosiers are facing. Gore has sponsored legislation to clamp down on such purchases.
