With nearly 1.5 billion dollars in additional revenue expected in the latest forecast, state lawmakers say it will make life easier and more complicated when it comes to figuring out the state budget.
Revenues are expected to increase over the biennium and with demands to fund public health, education, teacher pensions, and to provide property tax relief, lawmakers say the increased revenue is a mixed blessing.
