Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita says the Disciplinary Commission is bowing to “political pressure” in its effort to make his confidential agreement public in its ongoing misconduct investigation.
Rokita was publicly reprimanded for his televised comments about the doctor who oversaw a medication abortion for a 10-year-old rape victim from Ohio.
The Commission filed a motion with the Indiana Supreme Court to make the confidential agreement public.
In his response (which you can see below), Rokita makes several accusations against the Commission,
In addition to accusing the Commission of bowing to political pressure, he also says it overcharged and is “prejudiced” against him and was “aiding and abetting his political detractors.”
