With Vice-President Mike Pence coming to Indiana today to promote tax reform, we decided to talk to Dr. Matt Will of the University of Indianapolis to see what the impact of the current proposal would be on Hoosiers.
His assessment, if you’re wealthy, middle or working class, you will do well. If you’re upper middle class, not so much.
