Chalkbeat Indiana reports that just four of 1,500 public schools that took the 2015 exam had more kids pass than the year before.
Several Marion County School Superintendents say ISTEP is not an accurate measure of their students’ classroom performance. They made their comments today during a news conference with Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett.
