A warrant is expected to be issued today for the arrest of already indicted Center Township Constable Denise Paul Hatch.
Hatch, who was already out on bond for earlier charges, got into an altercation at the Fall Creek Government Center with Township Trustee LaDonna Freeman.
Hatch accused Freeman and other Center Township Democrats of trying to remove her from office.
Hatch and Freeman had to be separated by security.
Hatch then left. As a condition of her being released on bond, she was under home detention and was not supposed to leave her house.
This is the third time Hatch has been trouble with the law.
She was arrested back in May for theft and was charged with violating a judge’s order last February in a previous felony case to not carry a firearm despite her duties as a sworn law enforcement officer.
In February, Hatch was charged with theft and official misconduct.
