Seventh District Republican Congressional candidate Gabriel Whitley has posted a sexist remark in regards the Donald Trump defamation case.
In it, he insinuates that Trump lost his case because he had a female attorney.
Trump was ordered to pay more than $83 million in damages for defaming New York writer E. Jean Carroll. His attorney was Alina Habba who has been heavily criticized for her court room performance.
In the Facebook post below, Whitley says, ‘When I hire attorneys I don’t hire them to be my girlfriend or as trophy wifes. I only hire MEN lawyers to win. That’s why Trump lost to his court case today in NYC.”
As of Friday, Whitlet was running unopposed in the Republican Primary.
