There is new polling out for the statewide races here in Indiana.

Activote has polled the races for president, U.S. Senate, governor, and attorney general, and the results are similar to recent public polling.

At the Presidential level, Donald Trump leads Kamala Harris 59-41.  

In the race for the U.S. Senate, Republican Jim Banks is leading Dr. Valarie McCray 56-44.  Mike Braun is beating Jennifer McCormick 54-46,  And in the race for Attorney General, incumbent Todd Rokita is ahead of Destiny Wells, 53-47.

The polls did not include Libertarians Chase Oliver, Donald Rainwater or Andrew Horning/

The survey of 400 likely voters was taken between September 3 and October 5.  The margin of error was +/-4.9%.

A poll released by the Democratic Governor’s Association showed the race between Braun and McCormick as a virtual toss-up, with Braun leading 44-41.

Early in-person voting begins Tuesday.  

According to NBC News, nearly 128,000 mail-in ballots have been requested, and nearly 35,000 early votes have been cast.  Forty-seven percent of the ballots were cast by Republicans, and 45 percent were cast by Democrats.
