Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb says he is confident that a long-term road funding deal can be reached with state lawmakers.
Holcomb made his comments Tuesday evening on WIBC’s Abdul at Large program.
The Governor also said the plan offered by House Democrats has a long way to go before it meets his approval.
Holcomb also discussed pre-k funding, workforce development and opioid abuse and whether there was some tension with Attorney General Curtis Hill, whose opposes expanding the state’s syringe exchange program.
