Local and state health care advocates are expressing concerns of the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court and what it means for the future of the Affordable Care Act.

Fran Quigley, a clinical professor and director of the Health and Human Rights Clinic at Indiana University McKinney School of Law as well as the also coordinator of People of Faith for Access to Medicines says the current Supreme Court vacancy is unlike any other and answer questions about what the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh could mean for Hoosiers’ health care.
