The Marion Superior Court will begin its phased move in to the new Community Justice Campus over the next two weeks starting on May 2nd.

Beginning Monday, May 2, 2022, all non-jury in person court matters with the exception of juvenile delinquency (JD) cases will take place at 675 Justice Way, Indianapolis IN 46203, the new Courthouse at the Community Justice Campus.

Beginning Monday, May 9, 2022, all in person court matters, including jury trials, with the exception of juvenile delinquency (JD) cases will take place at 675 Justice Way, Indianapolis IN 46203.

Juvenile Delinquency cases will continue to be heard at 2451 N. Keystone Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

The public is encouraged to check http://mycase.in.gov/ for specific details of court proceedings. 

Once the phased move-in is complete, all of the Marion Superior Court operations with the exception of the Marion County Probation Department, Juvenile Detention Center and its Juvenile Delinquency hearings will be located at the new Community Justice Campus, along with the Marion County Circuit Court, Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the Adult Detention Center and the Assessment and Intervention Center (AIC).

The Marion County Probation Department will have staff at both the Community Justice Campus and the City-County Building.
