Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett apologized tonight to the victims of his former Chief of Staff Thomas Cook.
In tonight’s budget address the ended his speech with an apology to Caroline Ellert and Lauren Roberts for the reported actions of his Chief of Staff and stated the city was taking steps to address the issue.
