Indy Politics has learned that Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb may be heading over the NCAA when his term expires in 2025.
Holcomb has always been a big fan of sports and he and the NCAA are reportedly in negotiations regarding what he would do.
Holcomb apparently became a prime candidate to join the organization following a veto of a bill that would have banned transgender athletes from playing in girls’ sports.
Indy Politics reached out to the Governor’s office for confirmation, but could not get any as it is April Fool’s Day! :-)
