INDIANAPOLIS – An amendment to the Republican GOP road-funding bill that would lower the income tax resulted in lawmakers on both sides of the aisle voicing concerns.
Rep. Tim Brown, R-Crawfordsville, chair of the House Ways and Means Committee said the amendment would lower the personal income tax by 5 percent by 2025.
