As courts have recently overturned voter ID laws in other states, Indy Politics decided to take a look at Indiana’s law which has been on the books for nearly a decade to find out why it’s managed to survive.

We spoke with Secretary of State Connie Lawson and Indianapolis attorney Bill Groth who has been fighting the law since its inception.
