Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb says because Hoosiers have worked hard to help control the spread of COVID-19, the state can now move to Stage 5 of his back on track plan.
Under stage five, bars and restaurants can open, gyms and personal services can resume normal operations, however, the mask mandate stays in effect, and social distancing rules remain in place.
Stage Five will go into effect on Saturday.
You can hear the Governor and other members of his administration in the Leon-Tailored Audio above.
It runs for about an hour.
