The head of the Indianapolis Fraternal Order of Police says he worries that the increase in violence in Indianapolis has become the new norm due to the lack of outrage.
In the past two weeks, there have been at least 26 people shot in Indianapolis and ten of them murdered.
Rick Snyder says Indianapolis’ murder rate is outpacing Chicago’s on a per capita basis and he blames the increase, in part, on more offenders being released from jail who be staying behind bars.
You can hear Snyder in the Leon-Tailored Audio above. The conversation runs for about 18 minutes.
