Things got a little tense this week between Indiana House Republicans and Democrats as they wrapped up the fourth week of the legislative session. During their weekly media avails, both sides said the other wasn’t being completely honest about legislation concerning marriage and health care costs.
However, despite those differences, both the Speaker and the Democrats seemed very skeptical about legislation moving in the Senate that would put limits on the discretion that prosecutors have to file criminal cases.
