Indy Politics has been able to confirm that the Donald Trump campaign has hired Kevin Kellams to oversee his surrogate operations.
The New York Times reported this morning that Trump had picked Kellams, according to sources familiar with the hire.
Kellams is a veteran strategist and has worked in the Bush Administration and has also advised U.S. Senator Dan Coats.
He has also contributed to Indy Politics in the past.
