The Sheriff of Vanderburgh County says he will not raid shops that sell Delta 8 and similar products.
In a statement put out earlier this week, Sheriff Noah Robinson says while Delta 8 is found in hemp and other marijuana-related projects, marijuana is excluded specifically from the state’s definition of a controlled substance for purposes of dealing enhancement.
Robinson says until the law is changed, he will not investigate Delta 8 shops.
