While co-hosting the Cliff Kelley show on WVON radio yesterday, we interviewed Patricia Browns Holmes, the attorney for Jussie Smollett, the former actor of Empire who accused of filing false hate crime reports with the Chicago Police Department.
We asked how the agreement was reached with CPD to drop the charges and why Smollett agreed to forfeit his $10,000 bond.
The audio clip (courtesy WVON) is 30 minutes long.
