A Republican Congressional candidate in the 7th Congressional District has run into a lot of legal issues as of late.

Gabriel Whitley was sued twice in the last couple of weeks in Marion County and had a default judgment ordered against him earlier this month in Vanderburgh County.

Whitley was sued by CreditMax for allegedly failing to make his car payment, and he was also sued by Liberty Fund Credit Union regarding delinquent credit card payments.

A default judgment was entered against him in Vanderburgh Circuit Court for failing to make credit card payments as well.

Whitley’s campaign website describes him as a political consultant.
