The Republican candidates for the United States Senate held their first debate in Kokomo Saturday. Congressmen Marlin Stutzman and Todd Young as well as former state GOP Chairman Eric Holcomb touched on topics of national security, immigration, budget policy and answering what defines a “conservative”.
