Governor Eric Holcomb says he will publicly reveal the impact of the Senate Republican health care plan on Indiana; once there is a final version of the bill.

Holcomb has come under pressure from Democrats and some editorial boards to reveal any research they’ve done on how the Republican plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care will impact the thousands of Hoosiers on HIP 2.0, the state’s alternative to Medicaid expansion.

Speaking to the media briefly Tuesday, the Governor said the bill changes so quickly, that as soon as his administration would have put out one analysis, it would have been invalid.

He says once a final version is drafted, his administration will release the information before the U.S. Senate votes on the measure.
