With impeachment proceedings set to begin this week, Indy Politics replays a speech by former Clinton special prosecutor Ken Starr who has joined the White House’s defense team.
Starr was in Indianapolis this past summer speaking to the Federalist Society, a group of conservative lawyers.
In his address, Starr talked about the special prosecutor law and the need for bipartisanship when it comes to removing a President from office.
