Misty Noel, the wife of indicted former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel, has been charged with ten counts of tax evasion and theft.
According to the probable cause affidavit below, Noel made nearly $3 million with the Utica Township Volunteer Firefighter Associations American Express credit card. The purchases included jewelry, trips and Victoria Secret. And she and her husband failed to report more than $3 million in income from 2018-2022.
