The Seymour Tribune is reporting this morning that State rep Jim Lucas (R-Seymour) was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash.
According to the Jackson County Jail’s website. The 58-year-old Republican also faces charges of operating while intoxicated-endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated,
Lucas was booked into the jail in Brownstown at 3:48 a.m. and is being held on $705 bond.
