A majority of Hoosiers approve of the way Governor Eric Holcomb is doing his job, disapprove of the way Joe Biden does his and are mixed on the masked mandates.

That’s according to the 2021 Hoosier Survey, conducted by Ball State University’s Bowen Center for Public Affairs.

The survey of 576 adults showed 65 percent disapproved of the job President Biden was doing, while 63 percent approved of the job Governor Eric Holcomb is doing.

When it came to covid-19, nearly 72 percent thought employers should either require or encourage their employees to get vaccinated, but less than half thought students and staff of K-12 schools should have to wear masks.

You can get more details in the Leon-Tailored Audio interview with Chad Kinsella, managing director of the Bowen Center.

The interview runs about 20 minutes.
