As Indiana lawmakers continue the debate on property tax reform, there is talk of consolidation as a tool to help local governments stem the effect of less revenue.
Senate President Pro Tempore Rod Bray says local governments may want to consider consolidation to mitigate the revenue loss from property tax reform.
