An advocate for Indiana’s veterans says they would like to get video gaming terminals so their charitable organizations can pay for programs to benefit their members.

Lisa Wilken tells Indy Politics that allowing video gaming terminals in congressional charters veteran organizations like the American Legion or VFW would allow those organizations to self-fund programs that help veterans.

She says it would not be an expansion of gaming due to certain restrictions she spells out in the interview.

Video gaming terminals are just part of the agenda veterans are pushing for this session.

You can hear the rest in the Leon-Tailored Audio above.  The interview runs for about 13 minutes.
